Staples has (probably) always known they were born to be the one in the back doing paperwork when the revolution comes.
They turned up for most people about a week ago, with vague mentions about systematic inefficiencies, and few minor cases of death as an unfortunate side-effect of a catastrophic timetabling misalignment. As a result of this, as well as a few flashes of what may well turn out to be *culturally relevant The Office equivalent* they believe that they are convinced if we just pull together and follow this 45 page cross referenced white paper everything will be completely and totally fine.
