So, the Bureaucrats want to know who we are and where we live. There's no reason for a free and just society to keep tabs on us like this. We need to keep any of us from putting their name on that list, and make a proper stand against its implementation.

===== Meeting Place Needed =====
Members have expressed discontent at the lack of a place for the Heralds to meet, exchange ideas and generally organise themselves. It's been proposed that a new building of some kind should be built to fill this void, in Monument or elsewhere. However, no Heralds have stepped up and taken this on just yet.
