You may have seen Fire out patrolling as a member of the Neighborhood Watch. She generally seems to prefer resolving conflicts rather than dealing with problems by force, but she certainly will apply violence if needed. She's also fairly often seen with a friend who isn't a member of the Neighborhood Watch.
