Idan's Ramblings: Some of the bugs in the setting were seeds of carnivorous plants, because I like the idea of a motile juvenile phase and a sessile adult phase. I imagined the general body plan as a sphere with five wings around the anus, and the head on a fleshy neck at the other end. They had five eyes position equally around the body, because I was on a five-fold radial symmetry kick.
