A newer face among The Humanitarian Movement, Penelope has made a name for herself building shelters across the city for those in need of it. With her other wise plane appearance, the only thing that really makes her stand out is the tear-drop tattoo below her right eye, which when asked about, she simply shrugs and says, “Like much else, I got no fucking clue.”
