=====Diplomatic Delegation Goes Up in Flames!======
Piper and Guinevere Mentham, Maurice Antigny and Moonlight have gone to diplome with Matteo and his people after the incident that resulted in the death of his partner Afia. While Piper and Maurice were able to successfully negotiate a cessation of hostilities, the plane transporting Guinevere and her entourage -including Moonlight- crashed, killing all inside. The cause of the crash is unknown, although Matteo denies any part in its crash.

Guinevere Mentham was a productive and well loved member of the Bureaucracy, and her determination and vision have inspired many people, both within and outside our members. She will be missed.

Moonlight was a truly inspirational figure, working tirelessly to improve the morale of the people of Monument, to bring even the smallest glimmer of light to pierce through the darkness we all woke up to. They will be missed.
=====Heizar Embassy=====
A new building has been constructed to house the diplomatic delegations of the Heizar. While some of their number continue to base themselves within the Sky Temple, some have been convinced by Maurice Antigny to move into the new building and diplome from there. We hope that this increased accessibility will facilitate further successful negotiations.
=====Academy Expands=====
The new Academy has expanded its curriculum to include classes on diplomatic negotiations and the Heizar colour language, a forward thinking step towards better relations with our neighbours.
