Good job to everyone who worked on the water distribution infrastructure. Thanks to our friends at the Bureaucrats, the people of Monument no longer have to come all the way to the Canards to get their fresh water, with piping bringing the water far and wide into the city.

As it turns out, the brunt of their issues was sabotage from within, which they believe has been taken care of. Given that they are clearly working far more efficiently and effectively than previously, it appears they are correct. Now that we no longer need to fear getting wrapped up in that mess of paperwork, new opportunities for closer cooperation are open.

There have been increasing reports of strange lizard creatures stealing things throughout Monument. These creatures are about the size of a person, and their thefts are disruptive. What are they? Where did they come from? What on Dunia are they doing?
