The Neighbourhood Watch - Turn 10

Prison Break

During a prisoner riot, a large explosion blew open one of our cell blocks, allowing several prisoners to escape. Notably, Noneapple was among those who escaped. She is considered to be a major threat to the population of Monument.

Interestingly, the cell block appears to have been blown open from the inside. It is believed that one of the escapees must have smuggled in an explosive device.

A New Kind of Captive

Fire Blanket and Read Instructions First were able to capture one of the reptilian creatures that have been causing our patrols so much grief. The creature is currently alive and restrained in one of our cells.

Internal Strife

Tensions are currently high in the Watch's leadership. Since the recent prison break, Abigail has been advocating for the use of greater freedom, even the use of lethal force, when dealing with dangerous targets such as Noneapple and the other escapees, while Jameson is adamant that the recently established laws be followed lest we risk losing credibility.

The majority of the Watch is currently in support of Jameson, but there are enough dissenting voices to be worrying. Both sides concede that it is important to maintain a united front, but behind closed doors it doesn't look like an easy resolution is going to be coming any time soon.
