The Neighbourhood Watch - Turn 2 news

Progress Report

Reports on the Racketeering issue look worrying. Sources indicate that there is more than one person doing this, with many of them sporting a distinctive teardrop tattoo. Furthermore, someone has been running around trying to get Jasminder 100%, one of our own, accused of colluding with them. Witnesses claim to have been coerced by an unknown figure into testifying against her.

This possibly links the perpetrators to those occupying the Trident, although all we know for certain is that this is bigger than we thought.

It Always Works

Interrogation of the prisoners from the Trident has revealed that they are part of a larger organised group. they are heavily armed and apparently led by a man named Matteo Casiano.

Patrollers are advised to exercise extreme caution in any dealings with this group.

Book of Laws

Apollo reports that the 2nd Edition of the Book of Laws has been left with the Bureaucracy for review. All members of the Watch are reminded that crimes include, but are not necessarily limited to:

  • Harming Law Abiding Citizens
  • Threatening Law Abiding Citizens (this includes waving objects aggressively at LACs)
  • Stealing from Law Abiding Citizens
  • Lying to an officer of The Neighbourhood Watch
  • Helping Criminal Scum (where Criminal Scum is defined as any person or persons that commit a crime, including, but not limited to, those mentioned here)

Book of the People

Meanwhile, Sheriff has acquired data from the recent Census, and added annotations on appearance. He has the current copy, and has made it clear that it is for use of the Watch in gathering and sharing information on suspects.
