Idan's Ramblings: I remember watching a mocumentary called “alien blue moon” (I think) which was one of those “what could life on other planets looks like?” psuedo-documentaries. They had an animal with similar vines that lived on trees, which these guys are based off of. The last part of the 'dex entry is totally not a reference to anything. Nope.
